Fix sign in problem without a XBOX consule

I no longer have my XBOX console, and can't sign in to Microsoft solitaire.

hdmi port not working

since new years day my hdmi stopped working having to use the standard cable.

is this common problem and is it easy to fix, as the consul is 3 years old.

the consul is the gears of war slimline.

 

Power Brick has no Warranty?

OK, so I contacted customer support about my problem with getting no power to my Xbox One consul when I plug in the power brick. The power brick would be yellow/orange, but as soon as I plugged it into the consul the power light would go off. I was informed
to return my consul for warranty replacement, as that was causing the problem. I just received back a consul, but I find that I have the same problem.

When I went to submit a repair order for the brick, I was told it is not under warranty and I would have to buy one. It has not been a year since I bought my system, so why is the power brick not still under the warranty?

 

There should not be an issue as the same account would be used. Try uninstalling the game and then reinstall and make sure that you are putting in the correct login information. It would be the same email and password as you microsoft account
