    Some havent been able to redeem their code for like 2-3 weeks... for me i just have this problem for a few days now.

    as soon as i enter the code it says 12month subscribtion. but when i click continue it says. error on our side try waiting...

    how long do i have to wait till its gonna get fixed XBOX ? i have called xbox support and they couldnt do a thing about it. i told them is the issue known and is it getting worked on they had no answer. you guys are realy screwing up gamers. we cant buy
    stuff for a long time now... its better in xbox interest to fix it... cuz you guys only losing money and gamers.

    cant redeem gears of war collection codes

    Same here. I would really like to download and play Gears 1. The game is officially out in Germany and our codes should work here. I tried to redeem the code in all possible ways. There´s nothing more I can do. So please Xbox support help us out here.

    there are many different ways to redeem a code:

    at xbox.com, at your console, at xbox app on windows and xbox app on phone.

    Please make sure you try all possible ways to redeem the code.

    If none of them works, you might need to contact Amazon.

    I have tried all of the available methods to redeem the code, including the ones you listed. The only thing Amazon tells me when I contact them, is to contact Microsoft :/.

    I redeemed a code for the wrong console - What can I do?

    The only way to exchange it would have been to return it (if possible) and purchase the correct code, but once a code has been redeemed, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
