Fix or will go to ps4

Either get an error that says wrong profile(which it isnt) or services are down. I have seen a few posts and my friend is having the same issues so it isnt me. But xbox still hasnt released anything on it. I can't access any online game. I might have to
go to playstation if this continues

I plan on getting a PS4 as well selling my

Xbox One. Got one day suspension for communication. It's ridiculous how there's swearing in the games but if you swear it's ban time. So goodluck Xbox you lost a customer.

Goodbye Microsoft, 1 day ban extended to never being able to communicate ever again because your unable to reverse your own communications bans for anyone? And when you call your support, get a run around for an hour just to tell me you cant solve the problem
and to contact your other enforcement people who for whatever reason don't even have a phone connected to your support system. Thanks guys.

 

I'm having the same stupid problem saying I need sign in with the account that purchased the game or installed. This is aggravating. It will not let me do anything.

Currently there is an active Service Alert which is consistent with most errors occurring in the involvement of digital items.

The website allows us to notify you when the services are back up through the notify me selection in the green bar.

Our suggestions are to follow basic troubleshooting procedures as our engineers release a patch throughout each region for all users.

This process takes time, what is advised is to follow variants of Restarting the Console as in some cases the console may
only need a fresh start.

Opening any game gives window that says,

"Try again in a while. Sorry, looks like our service isn't working right. To check Xbox Live service status, go to Xbox One Support | Xbox 360 Support | Xbox Live and Billing Support."

No codes, no hints, no way of really knowing how to troubleshoot this other than to come ask for help.

Can't even play games offline because they wont start.

Probably going to honestly just sell the Xbox and get a PS4; Tired of all the little issues with this console...

My buddy has had PS4 since it came out and has raved about it being great ever since...

Not trying to cause a havoc but really I only bought the Xbox One because I loved the 360 when it came out and wanted to re-live that but Microsoft really doesn't seem to be keeping up anymore from what i'm seeing...

If I could at least play games I paid for offline I would probably be more patient but for it to be disabled like this is unacceptable in my opinion... Among other problems I've had throughout the last year...

What a joke dont you know ppl that has ps4 have ypu heard of the weekly maintenance over there and the game crashings if not I can tell you all about them since I have all the consoles...just wait it out and thats it!!

Trying signing out of account then signing back in. Sometimes works for me. Don't power off.
