Fix messaging

I cant send messages, when i want to send a message to my friend apears "Check your account, the messagers are not working, and send my to support.xbox.com/fix-messaging.

Is necesary get a phone or are other solutuons, because i close a other microsoft account with purchases for problems that have this type of "Xbox Solution" and they dont work.

now i have checked this link again my reputation seems ok, i got no messages on the box or e-mail that my messaging is blocked for some reason !

question now what is the problem it is realy frustrating that i cant use the messaging !!!!!!!!!!

after that: wen i choose a friends profile and i send a message from the profile my box tell me messages sended ( popup bottom screen info ) but messages dosnt reach targeted friend ( realy weird ) message is not shown in messages list..!.

if i try to send a message from message option underneat the list were my profil is i go on message/start new conversation/add the friend/message/send. i become this
