    now i have checked this link again my reputation seems ok, i got no messages on the box or e-mail that my messaging is blocked for some reason !

    question now what is the problem it is realy frustrating that i cant use the messaging !!!!!!!!!!

    One of the possible reasons why you're unable to send messages on the Xbox app is having a corrupted profile. To properly assist you with this concern, we need to collect more information. Kindly answer the questions below:

    • Are you having this issue on both Xbox app and website?
    • When did the issue start?

    In the meantime, we suggest that you sign out your profile from the Xbox app and change the clock to 24-hour. After that, sign in your account again and check if the issue persists.

    Hey CollaredSquid54! Are you unable to message on the console? If so are you getting an error message when trying? If not the console are you unable to message via the Xbox app, if so what device? Post back and let me know!

    Hey Hyn war turtle1,

    Make sure you haven't ben banned for anything recently that would prevent you from sending messages. Please tell us which error code you're getting. Also, double check your connection. A bad Wi-Fi or a disconnected Ethernet cable could easily cause this
    problem. Once you're all connected, test your connection in the Xbox settings. The button should appear right next to where you connect to your Wi-Fi. If it's successful, search the problem on Google if you haven't already. Someone else on the Internet is
    bound to have had this exact same problem.
