    It has been over 5 months since I first reported the problem with Microsoft Jigsaw Puzzle game not downloading I have 63 sets of puzzles which I have paid for and I can't download any. I first reported this on August 25 after that update screwed everything
    up.

    Microsoft techs spent about 6-1/2 hours trying to get it to work and told me they would turn it over to engineering when they unin-stalled the game and reinstall it a couple of times. I also uninstalled and reinstalled it twice. After five months it would
    seem that your engineers or Arkadium engineers could have fixed this. I am a Premium subscriber and my new subscription payment is due on 02/05/18 and seen as how I haven't been able to use the game which I have already paid for I will not be renewing this
    subscription until this game is fixed. You owe me five months refund. Let's see if you get this fixed when it hits you in the pocketbook. Does Microsoft support any of their programs anymore--I haven't find one that works.

    Jigsaw Puzzles need fixed

    Jigsaw Puzzles won't load properly, when I finish a puzzle I don't get gold bars and it keeps closing out. FIX IT !!!!

    jigsaw closing

    for a couple weeks every time i finish a puzzle ms jigsaw closes.. i have to reopen classic jigsaw to play next puzzle . i get credit for puzzle but no gold . now yesterday jigsaw worked as it should with time/gold window and back to puzzles i'm doing for
    one puzzle . and now it shuts down at the 3 puzzle types window . some one please fix these issues. i have 1,100,860 gold and don't want to start over.

    Microsoft jigsaw won't download puzzle collection

    Hi, all :).

    Here's a fix which worked for me, and at least one other user has confirmed it works ;-).

    Uninstall MS Jigsaw, then reinstall.

    Go to Windows Settings > Privacy. Choose Background Apps on the left, and scroll-down to Microsoft Jigsaw. Make certain it's switched On.

    Run MS Jigsaw, and your puzzles should download now :).

    Jigsaw Puzzles need fixed

    I'm not aware of any missing gold bars; I haven't been tracking them. But...every time I finish a puzzle, it doesn't register that I even worked it. And the program closes down and sends me back to my desktop. When I go back into Jigsaw Puzzles, I find
    the last puzzle I worked on (completed!!) sitting on the home page. When I go to it, none of the actions taken in the previous session are there. It's totally unworked. This started on or about Mar 22.

    Jigsaw Puzzles need fixed

    I have been having the same issues. I go to download a puzzle that I like and I have gold for, but once it starts to download it kicks me out of the program. When I open the program again I can see where it took the gold but it did not download the puzzle.
    When I look at the puzzle that I tried to download it does give me the option to download again. When I try to download it again it kicks me out of the program again. I tired going through settings and resetting the app and still have the same issue.
