    This is a problem for every game I try to play digitally or through disk. I personally could care less about xbox pre-order problems if I can't even play games that own when I want to. To top it off the lack of customer service is pissing me off. I dont
    need that generic bs about troubleshooting shooting i want MS to make this right. Fix it now or give my money back.

    You can request a call back or chat with support at the link that dempup gave you. If you're not seeing those options, change your category/topic. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.

    Turned xbox off and back on to see if it would fix and now it refuses to boot. Has been spinning the load wheel for 30min
