Fix Halo MCC, and you can have my money back

It's that simple. I finally gave up on waiting after three weeks of being completely unable to enjoy the product I paid for. Microsoft and 343, I will gladly give you back my money when you repair the disgraceful experience that is Halo MCC on Xbox live...

Hi Forza Horizon, I own and have played both Halo MCC and Halo 5 and I havent yet received my Halo Warthog code. What can I do???

 

I agree. its amazing how some people on these forums defend this crap! If this is what the are going to sell us I hope they go under!

 

What exactly are Microsoft trying to promote here, the game clearly does not work.

I'm worried where you are taking the X One Microsoft, please restore our confidence in your product or can we expect this to be the same in Halo 5?

Good luck, they have no intent on giving your money back. They knowingly , and willingly sold you a broken product and now your stuck with it. I even filed a complaint with the BBB and they refuse to move. I was a heavy XBox supporter since the original
XBox and have spent $1000s on the bran. Heck, I spent over $300 alone on downloadable games and content on my 360 and XBox One last month. Now im done supporting them. Im not even renewing my Live when it expires in Feb. All because of some idiot in charge
of stuff like refunds thought it made better business sense to decline a $60 refund so they can lose $1000s in future sales to competitors. Now the only way i'll ever buy anything Microsoft is used. I also have a $30 reward credit pending, so really that is
it.

 

Well, Is anyone else concerned about whether this is even fixable? It's been a month now and nothing has changed. Any why would anyone sell such a big name title and only do multiplayer rankings on H2? Then to make matters worse, we are playing on a p2p
basis, as an Australian I can tell you that you'll never get a decent match, it seems like everyone else is in god mode.

 

I feel as if this will just never get resolved. It's really complicated--4 different games running on 4 different engines (5 if you want to count Halo 2: Anniversary). There's no way this game gets anywhere close to what it where it was set out to be.

 

Oh I was more then willing to give them a chance to fix it. I waited nearly a month. Instead of fixing it or offering up some sort or apology, they simply pour salt on the wound and offer up new buyers of the digital version a $15 reward. Not only is the
Halo brand dead to me, but the XBox brand is too. Oh well, Microsofts loss of my money is Sony, and Nintendo's gain. I'd EBay my Microsoft systems, but I have way too much cash invested in them and i'd never make it back on all my digital buys. In the future
I only buy used from them with the exception of my $30 rewards credit they owe me.
