NFL App bug

Just checked on my Windows Phone NFL app. There are 102 videos in the Greatest Games section, but only 16 can be accessed through the Xbox One NFL app. Why can't someone fix the Xbox One app so paying members can watch the videos they pay for?

Hi just wanted to let you know I have the same problem. As soon as the game app tries to open, it crashes each and every time.

Hey there NYJets1968 and DarkGaia,

I'm sorry to hear about the crashing issue! When each of you have a chance, I would first try these troubleshooting steps below to see if we can get you guys sorted.

While on your Windows Phone, head into the Store.

Search for the "Games" app

Check to see if there is an update. If there is, go ahead and download it.

If the steps above don't help out, please post on back here and let me know. Thanks!

Dear Miss Diggz,

I wanted to let you know that I had an update of the Windows Phone and that solved the problem.

I have no idea if the problem of NYJets1968 has also been solved.

Your suggestion itself did not work as the "game" app is not an app you can download. At least I could not find it. Thanks for the suggestions though.

Same problem for me.

The app succesfully sign in. By either using the Games app on the phone or directly in the Smartglass. But when in the Smartglass, it can't find the console on the same network.

It gives up after the first attempt and the Try Again button returns nothing. It says it can't find console. Error code 1012.

I've tested in a Windows Phone 8.1 and in an Android.

Please fix the app!
