    Fix for Halo Wars 2 unable to contact update server


    We could not connect to the Halo Wars 2 servers on both Xbox One and PC versions. The screen would say it had connected to the server then say it was disconnected a few seconds.

    We also could not get access to the Halowaypoint web site either.

    We are with Sky and our shield settings were for 13 plus only. When reset to 18+ it fixed the problem.

    Microsoft and 343 need to get in touch with Sky and get their rating changed on their web site.

    halo wars 2 not available to download on PC

    the "halo wars 2 ultimate edition" for some reason is not downloadable on windows 10 1803 update. please fix it.

    Halo wars 2 connection problems

    My halo wars 2 was working fine yesterday, but today is always connecting and disconnecting from the server every 5 secs. Does anyone know the fix to this problem?

    Can't download Halo Wars 2

    I am having the same issue with the Colony update, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Halo Wars 2 due to the fact that it is corrupted. I cannot play the game due to this, I have cleared all caches and restarted the system. I have yet to find a solution
    that will fix this problem, and it is still unable to install. Any other suggestions?

    Opposed to the fake Halo 4 servers??

    I was just online and matchmaking is fine. What is your NAT setting at? Is it OPEN? Check that.

    Digital games stuck at queued and not downloading.

    Yea, it happened to me a week ago when I installed the latest update of the preview program. I wasn't able to download games like halo wars 2 beta and update bo3. They just stood as queued. Please fix this and send us an update as soon as possible please!

    I have also contacted Microsoft technical support, they said that probably my console is not recognised as a One S, that implicates that it might be downloading the wrong update files.

    but not for sure..

    and yess all other 12 games or so work perfectly fine. For example Halo wars 2, Gears 4 and Halo 5.
