    FIX for Error Code 0x8013153B when trying to connect to Xbox store!


    I'm not saying this'll work for everyone but it fixed my issue immediately and I felt I had to share. Once you've selected Clear you'll need to allow the system to restart which takes a few minutes. Hope this works for you!

    Step by step: Settings>Network Settings>Advanced Settings>Alternate MAC Address>Clear

    My son bought a brand new xbox one yesterday. When trying to connect to the store it buffers for ages then he gets error code 0x8013153B, CV:LqZvjuaWeEqBM1d2. We have checked the wireless connection and all is good, speed very good. His ps4 connects very
    quickly, so this must not be a problem with our broadband connectivity. We have checked the error code on the help site but it is not recognised

    Won't let me browse games. Error code is 0x8013153B

    When I try to access anything in the Store, I get an error code 0x8013153B. I tried restarting my Xbox One S and restarting my router, but same error code.

    Hi,

    Does this error occur when you try to launch a game or app? Also, can you try removing the account from the console (Settings>Accounts) and then clearing the console's cache by holding down the power button on the console for 8-10sec. till the console completely
    shuts down. Then, power it back up and re-add your account.

    I'm having a very similar problem. I gave my daughter the Minecraft Xbox 1 S for Christmas, and it's basically useless for anything she wants to do. When I try to go to the Store to download the Mincraft game using the code, I get an error code 0x8013153b,
    amd nothing happens. She can't even play the games she already has, because it asks me tl download the game, and I get another error message. Merry Christmas to her! A $250 paper weight!!!

    I also have NAT unavailable.

    I can't access the store, or chat in games. Just started 2 days ago. I've tried everything I can, and haven't been able to fix it. I even reset the whole xbox wiping all games and apps. All of my router settings are as they should be, I even have the latest
    firmware. My ip address is public. I didn't touch any settings, it did this by itself.

    I signed on today and you wont believe it the *** thing is working again. NAT was open and I have access to the store again. I will be holding onto your info you gave me incase it screws up again. Now to get onto getting my stuff back and back to gaming
