    Fix for error code 0x0000000000000000 on xbox


    so I had this error code when testing multiplayer connection and it brought me to a thread in this subreddit that was archived they never got to the fix. I dont know if this will work for everybody but I just forgot the network and it started working again after reconnecting.

    Hey Little Eric,

    Thank you for reaching out! If you haven't already, I want you to try performing a simply

    Power Cycle     on your console by doing the following:

    1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
      Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
    3. Plug the console power cable back in.
    4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.
    Let us know how it goes. If you notice a different error code please provide it. Cheers :D
