    I just bought the Xbox Controller Elite Series 2 today after saving up money for it for 3 months and I noticed something while playing GTA Online. When I am running my character would sometimes stop running for a few seconds and start up again. After about
    an hour of this I looked it up and saw nearly everyone with this controller have this issue, some with all face buttons.

    I just now put it into test mode on the console and noticed it is definitely intermittent when pressed. It only works 100% of the time when pressed directly down and not from an angle like sliding your finger across it. I realized this after reading from
    someone on Reddit that they noticed this too.

    Is there a fix Microsoft has put out for this obvious hardware issue that should have never gotten past testing?

    I can't exchange it because these are sold out everywhere and I snagged the last one in my local area.

    The elite 2 has had issues since release if possible if send it back to see if their is something inside preventing angle presses

    Series 2 Elite controller- any specifics on improvements regarding known problems?

    I was disappointed in the Elite when my bumper buttons broke. Also the rubber grips coming off as well. Hopefully these issues are & will be fixed for series 2.

    Microsoft knew the controllers were defective and still sold them as a good product. they wont do anything to fix your controller because its most like out of warranty thats why the warranty was so short. The whole elite series 2 was a scam
