Fix EA access & Madden perminently. Why Every YEAR

This is unexceptionable. EVERY YEAR Microsoft has an early access problem for 48 hours or more. And while this goes on they advertise people to subscribe to EA Access to play Madden early when YOU CANT. Microsoft is the laziest and “cheapest” Fortune
500 company when it comes to priority and stability of internal Xbox Live application network communication and authorizations.

Rebuild the system, it’s time you start caring a wee bit more than an annual temporary fix.

I’d love to hear an official explanation (not automated) of why you CANT fix this issue. (That would be bad) Microsoft is probably not allowed to explain this anyway. It’s just something I always wonder about.

Xbox Game Pass or EA Access?

EA Access is perfect for a person that buys a sports game every year. I pretty much buy madden, and then wait for it to hit the vault and trade it in. I then use that money to sub for 1 year of EA Access, which gives me access to every EA game. However, game pass does seem like a great deal, but it's not for me since I own most games on it

 

Microsoft Please reimburse

Still not able to play Madden 19 in early Access after contacting support numerous times. I preordered the Hall of Fame edition, I went through all suggestions, with no luck. Again third year in a row Madden hasn’t worked in Early Access.

Some sort of reimbursement for EA Access would be nice. Very disappointed. I won’t be subscribing to EA Access for the foreseeable future due to the negative consistencies associated with early Access.

I hope in the future you could Finally fix the annual issue with EA early access.

Luckily the wait is over tonight (hopefully)

That’s NOT what I’m explaining. It has nothing to do with security. Check out Xbox live service status Madden 19. It’s an internal issue. This happens every year. Message on Madden log in: “Thank you for trying out Madden 19. You’re signed in account
requires an active EA Accesss subscription. Please Purchase EA access and try again.” Yes I have an active sub. Yes I’ve already interacted with support. Last year and the year before as well. Look on EAs support forums about Madden 19 and EA access.
EA is diverting the problem to Microsoft.

Understand this has nothing to do with security. I’ve been heavily active on this issue for 2 days now. I’ve tried everything and Microsoft IS aware. Please be aware that this post is about something that happens every year and Microsoft HAS TO permanently
fix this. Yes I HAVE EA access, please dont ask. This annual issue has to end this year or I’m dont with EA Access.

This is where server “communication and authorization” comes into play. It might be even deeper than that, but the engineers need to enhance Access.

 

Support:

After 2 patches in the past 24 hours, it’s still saying I can’t play. It’s all up to the engineers to perminently fix this issue. I’m concerned that this will continue to happen with other games as well. Not a very good track record for EA Access. For
the past 3 years.

I’ve cancelled my subscription and uninstalled EA access. Consider this post solved. This is mainly due to the lack of communication on service status page regarding Madden 19 EA Access. I’ll never pay for EA access again and I’ll be spreading the word
of this horrible “annual recurring” problem. Again 3rd year is the charm for me. I’ve been patient the last 48 hours. You’ll never suck me back into this horribly implemented app “EA Access.” Money back please. Or Microsoft points. Thanks.

You ARE automated. The same post by another bot? I don’t have to explain, this is embarrassing on your end. Absolutely disgusted. If you’re real you can read my whole conversation above. I’m DONE with Xbox support as well. Unless the next post is made
by a human, who works in the Xbox division.

There's no permanent fix to a temporary issue that involves multiple companies working together to provide a service. Nothing is going to work 100% of the time. Once a problem has been identified it should show up on Xbox Live Service Status | Xbox Live Service Outage
(which is you check currently it is). This means Microsoft is aware of the issue and is working to resolve it with all parties involved.
