FIX dns problem on xbox one

if you have dns problem on xbox one you have to do this step,s

1 : go to setting and change your location to united kingdom and restar consol

2: go to network setting and change dns to manual and type this code for primary and seceondry

Primary: 208.122.23.23

Secondary: 208.122.23.22

in the end consol check your connection and every thing is good

Yes, I've changed the DNS settings from automatic to manual on the Xbox One and entered the addresses. I also ran namebench to find faster DNS servers and tried those on the Xbox One. It didn't fix the problem.

 

Cant change DNS settings, always reverts the primary DNS to 0.0.0.0

Hi! I'm having a problem, i cant change my Xbox One DNS, when i change it and save it wont save the primary DNS, only the secondary. How can i fix this problem?

 

What would the DNS problem cause?? I can play online with fifa 14 and Titanfall but on cod ghosts I get kicked and it says I'm not connected to xbox live!! Very frustrating and no one seems to have the answer unfortunately!

I have virgin media super hub 2

wireless

ive tried port forwarding didn't do anything.

as far as I know no NAT errors

the only error I encounter is 'you must have an active xbox live account'

How is your router currently configured, regarding UPnP, Port Forwarding, DMZ:

UPnP: Enabled - Disabled?

Port Forwarding: Enabled - Disabled?

DMZ: Enabled - Disabled?

Access your router's web-utility interface and make sure ' IPSec Pass-Through' is enabled.
