    Will Microsoft fix my controller

    Pretty much as above. My AW controller left trigger is broken inside and I was wondering if Microsoft would fix it or not. Thanks

    Elite controller grip fix

    I wonder if I missed something because the only elite controller repair options I see going through self service involve ordering replacement thumbsticks and other swappable parts, nothing in there about the grip.

    After contacting support, they only mentioned the controllers being out of warranty (one of them by a month) and there was no replacement option. Should I just pester them again for repairs instead? is that financially sensible?

    The easiest way is to log a support case on the website. You can go: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/devices and select the device from there. If you do not see it listed, you will want to add the device and you can initiate a warranty repair request
    from there.

    I'm having a similar issue on a Series X my controller will work for a awhile in multilayer then I'll lose my right stick. Even when I switch to another controller during play that one will also have an issue with the right stick. If I power down then back on it will work for awhile maybe even hours but then randomly does it again.

    Not to my knowledge. After having to change the batteries on my last controller it started with the right stick issue so i started checking into it. After a few hours of that i shut it down.
