    I have a gift card that came with my elite controller it’s a 14 day gampass ultimate and whenever I try to redeem it it says “Sorry Some Thing Happened On Our End, Try again Later.” And I have been trying to redeem the code for 3 days now. Please Help

    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with being able to redeem a code on your account.

    If you haven't already, I would recommend redeeming this code via an alternate platform such as online, or using the Xbox
    Console Companion
    app off your mobile device.

    I would recommend using the
    Digital Code Solution
    and see if some of these troubleshooting techniques work for you.

    If this does not work, it might not be possible to redeem this code on your account if you have already had this type of subscription in the past, you would not be able to redeem this trial code on your account.

    You can only redeem trial codes if this is the first time you are using this subscription on your account.

    It's possible your suspension was extended. This has been happening a lot lately from what I've noticed. Your only option is to contact xbox accounts support and inquire what may have happened. Use this link and see if a live chat rep can help you out!

    I think you have rotated your screen.

    To fix it, please follow thtese steps:

    Press Control + Alt + 1 to reset it.

    You can also press the Windows Key + A to disable the auto-rotate.

    There are a number of reasons you may not be able to send messages online. You may need to check if you have violated the code of conduct and may be on a communications ban at
    https://enforcement.xbox.com/.

    It could also just be a small technical issue or glitch and you could try to power cycle your console. Hold the power button for 10 seconds to turn it off > Then turn it on and sign back ? Check to see if it works.

    If none of those work you can contact Xbox Support.
