Fitness won't load

Fitness used to work. Now at the ' don't overexert yourself ' screen , it jumps back to the Dash Board.

I uninstalled and reinstalled. and unplugged power cable.

Xbox Fitness - Internet Connection Error

My xbox one has updated and now xbox fitness won't load just keeps returning me to the home screen I know it's a new console but seems like there's alot of issues to solve

Did you check with Xbox.com/support? If it's an on-going issue, they may be aware of it.

Yes, I'm having similar issues - whenever I try to check my "Progress" with the session challenges it just shuts down and brings me back to the dashboard; happens every time I do this no matter if I suspend or completely turn off my XBOX ONE console. What's
so annoying is that it just randomly shuts down whenever I "try" to do a complete workout; I'd have to start the whole workout all over again which really *** me off!

Strange I am also having problems with Xbox Fitness but I am not getting any errors.

Xbox Fitness starts up fine and plays the intro video fine. The problem is when it goes to the xbox fitness home screen it just sits there with the loading dots going in a circle. It never loads the workout library. I can't delete the cloud data because
it is stuck loading.

Anyone have this problem?

Hey mate,

Have you tried to power cycle your console? This helps with all manner of issues, so is worth a shot

To power cycle, simply have the xbox on and sitting at the dashboard. Then from there, hold down the power button on the front of the console for 10seconds until it switches off. Then just leave it off for a minute or two, before turning it back on and trying
again

Are you downloading anything in the background, as it did the same once with me last night. In fact the Xbox One has done that with Dead Rising once too. But retrying again loaded the game/fitness.

Fitness is my fav bit, lover that 21min free kick boxing workout!

When i first set the box up i had tagged everything i could find to download, which is why i though it may have corrupted itself somehow, but i did delete it and re-download it with no success... shame as i'm desperate to give it a go. Might try to redownload
again when i get home tonight!
