Fitness do not start

I am sorry to hear that ttsugua but it seems to be a issue om many consoles so I would suggest to wait and see if the problem is with the latest update , it could just simply be a bug/glitch in the system .I know it is inconvenient but patience could be
the answer

My Xbox Fitness always was hard to initiate, but last week I bought one DLC to that and now the game dont Start even, stuck in Xbox Fitness Screen with four circles, what I suposed to do ?

Ras Slim I, to simply answer YOUR question, Your Shape (either Fitness Evolved or Fitness Evolved 2012) is probably the best fitness game available for Kinect. Fitness Evolved 2012 does have specific workouts for abs, as well as other areas. If 6 pack abs
are your goal, you may have to do more them play fitness games to achieve that, but the workouts in Your Shape are a good place to start.

I had this problem a few months back and like the two previous posters said, switching to another user account cleared the issue - I think I say this in another thread somewhere in this forum.

My wife had a dormant account so I didn't have to set up a new account - I just logged in as her, started up Fitness, let it load all the way up and then switched to my account. After I finished and came back out to the XBox Home, I had no further problems.

Hi I'm from Mexico I can fix the problem, I don't know if its a fix for all but it worked for me, I tried all the option that all posted, but nothing worked, this is what I did:

I just put a STATIC IP to my XBOX ONE and then I just did a "port forwarding" on several ports on my internet modem, in my case CABLEVISION with a HITRON modem, you can see the network ports used by Xbox Live here support.xbox.com/.../network-ports-used-xbox-live.

Port 88 (UDP)

Port 3074 (UDP y TCP)

Port 53 (UDP y TCP)

Port 80 (TCP)

Port 500 (UDP)

Port 3544 (UDP)

Port 4500 (UDP)
