    Fitness app STILL not working after factory reset


    And no.....I do not have sky. I have searched and read just about every thread on fitness problems, and have tried everything including factory reset, and still my console gets stuck on the loading screen. I find myself staring at the little dots loading
    and lagging and loading and loading and loading and loading...one of the main reasons I got the ONE. Been a gold member since day one and this is very frustrating. This app could have sooo much potential if I could just get it to work. XB SUPPORT...PLEASE
    HELP!!!

    Hmmmmm...to this day, still never a reply. Time to get a PS4 and sell my box for whatever someone will give me

    I'm sorry to hear about the issue! If you're still experiencing the Xbox Fitness App getting stuck on the loading screen, I would first suggest trying out these troubleshooting steps to see if we can get it to resolve.

    • Power Cycle your Xbox One console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds.
    • Once your console is completely off, unplug the console from the power source and give it a few minutes.
    • Then, plug all the cords back in and turn on your console.
    • Try launching the Xbox Fitness App again.

    Were the titles installed on an external hard drive, or were they installed on the internal drive? When you factory reset, did you select to keep your games and apps?

    I know you said you performed a full power cycle on the console already, but I would recommend trying that again, but this time, when it's powered down, also power cycle your router. If that doesn't help, next thing I'd try is to clear your Alternate MAC
    Address under Settings > Network > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate MAC > Clear and then restart the console again.

    Let us know if that doesn't work, and we can provide some further troubleshooting steps.

    It will be better if you perform a full factory reset and download your games and apps again. That might take care of any missing data.
