    Fitcloud server error

    Hi,

When trying to start Xbox Fitness, I get a "Fitcloud server error" every time. I'm an Xbox Live Gold member for 11 years, all other Live services work fine, but Xbox Fitness won't start. Have done a factory reset for the Xbox One, did the MAC address release,
cleared persistent storage three times, all suggested by the forums and Xbox support. No results. What to do next?

    :)

  3. Xbox Fitness - FitCloud Server Error

    Hey there...

I tried the following steps as suggested without any luck...I still got the same error message: "FitCloud Server Error - Xbox Fitness is unavailable at this time as we cannot connect to token service"

Afterwards, I looked through a couple of other sites and found out that maybe also unplugging the Xbox One after shutting it down for a couple of minutes might help. So I tried then the following steps:

    1. Uninstall Xbox Fitness (Interesting wise, the Xbox still did show it "greyed out" in my apps afterwards)

    2. Shutdown Xbox One (holding the power button for 5 seconds)

    3. Unplug the Xbox One and also disconnect the power brick from the console

    4. Wait about 5 minutes

    5. Plugin everything again

    6. Start the console (At this point as noted before Xbox Fitness was still available in my apps, just "grayed out")

    7. So I redid steps 2. to 6. gain with the same result (Noted at this point that it was grayed out and a little "cloud" icon was on top of it - so I figured that this just means that I bought it once and therefore it is available to me for download)

    8. Install Xbox Fitness again

    9. Start it

This resulted now into the following NEW error (header is the same but text is now different)

"FitCould Server Error - Sorry, but Xbox Fitness is currently unavailable as we are having trouble retrieving your profile from the servers."

With that said, I also started checking into my modem (Comcast) and made sure that the Xbox has full access to the internet without any firewall blocking anything (no ports, not traffic) and tried the same steps from above again resulting still in the same
    error.

@Microsoft Support: please advice on what to do / try next (Note: I would like to stay away from resetting the Xbox One to Factory Default Settings as it does not help as mentioned above)

Many thanks in advance for your help.

Btw.: everything else works great so far without any problems Fitcloud server error :)
