    First Xbox One Purchase Game?


    Going to get xbox one either Monday or Tuesday and deciding on what game to get. I am (hoping) to get xbox one this week if game stop doesn't screw me over with my games i have 4 games to trade in lol.. I hate PS4 and want xbox one

    GTA V for xbox 360 on xbox one?

    Hi, the xbox 360 version of GTA V is not compatible on the Xbox One. If you want to play GTA V on the Xbox One then you will have to purchase the Xbox One version of the game. Not all games are free to download on the One if you own it on 360 first. GTA
    V never had an offer to get it for free if purchased on 360 first. Rockstar games decided not to have promotion like that.

    In order to share the downloaded games, he would have had to sign in to your console as himself first, purchase and download the game on your console. Then go back to his console and download it again.

    For most game downloads, the FIRST console you download to, usually lets any profile play the game.

    For any console its installed on after the first one, usually the profile that purchased the game will be the ONLY one that can use it.

    That's how I do it at home. I download any purchases to the "family" xbox first, then I re-download it on mine afterwards.

    Hi, Whether or not you have to buy the game or dlc again for the Xbox One is all down to each publisher. For the Taked King, you will have to purchase it again on the Xbox One, Same goes for Peggle 2. Other games and dlc can be bought at a discount if
    already purchased on 360, where as other games and dlc have been given away for free if purchased on 360. One example of that is the dlc for Pinball FX2, they can be downloaded on the One for free if purchased on 360 first.

    Hi, you will have to purchase the Xbox One version if you want to play the game on that console. There is no way to get it for free if bought on the Xbox 360 first.
