First Xbox and I'm already disappointed, I'm going back to SONY, HELP ME

my xbox one s is turning itself off !!! Only 5 months of use, please solve this, I always bought the SONY consoles, this is my first XBOX, please solve..........

I'm extremely disappointed with Xbox one. The kinnect is one of many reasons why I'm disappointed with it. I don't like the kinnect and I don't want one shoved down my throat with xbox one. I'm seriously debating about going back to Sony. Hopefully
E3 will give us good news.

I'm thinking about going to Sony. Why? Because every time I want to go life I can't with Microsoft. Sometimes I feel like I spending money for nothing. I love Xbox as a company but I can't keep giving away money to not be able to enjoy it.

Have you got it in a cabinet or something?

Sounds like it is overheating.

That can happen with any electronic device.

my Xbox is in a cool place, there is nothing on top of it,
it is well ventilated and I have coded air where it is, this guide that you sent me has already done everything and it continues the same way ...

 

Probably is overheating from around the console. If you put your hand around the console without touching it and if you feel the heat on your hand that means it's not breathing which you should have an open area where you can play because when the heat build
up around the console and it would shut off.

Sorry to hear you keep running into this issue. I would advise you take a look into resetting the console to see if this would resolve the issue. Simply select "Reset
Console and Keep games and apps."

Just remember to have your account information pulled up so that you are able to recover.

Of course if the console is only 5 months old then this should also still be under warranty, a

Repair is also something you might want to take a look into.

If all conditions are fine, I guess there might be something wrong with the device that service center can check for.

Easiest option it to take your console to a nearest Microsoft Store, and they can test it for you as your console is still in warranty.
