    first update issue


    hey guys yesterdy i got the xb1, i plug it in, it showes me that "all good" with my conections and starts to update. it go far untill 100% and then just pop out there is some propblem with the update and bring me back to the window of beging with the option
    "start update" or "turn the xbox off" i let the xbox rest the night woke try again and same thing. more then half hour to get there and then in the last second pop out. i plug it off from the adept. conect it again. hold the botton for 10 sec and do it again.
    all the time its same problem. please guys. thnks

    Issue with first update

    I just got the xbox one and I'm having an issue. You have to download the first update in order to get to the menu, but in order to get online with my college's internet I need to get the MAC address for it. Anyone have a solution?

    Mandatory first update issue

    The mandatory first update will not update. My xbox one is a glorified paper weight. I'm downloading the offline troubleshooter, I shouldn't have to. Making the xbox one only usable after an update is retarted, making the troubleshooting systems to fix issues
    like this only available after this update is super retarted. Should have gotten a PS4, at least they have their *** together.

    Yup. the solution was to dowload the OSUDT2. thnk u guys.

    Very disappointing issues with my controller disconnecting randomly

    Mine did that with the very first update on the controller. On the second update, it corrected my issue.
