First update impossible "Your network is ok but there is some problems with xbox ...

Hello everyone,

I just receive the xbox One and I was happy ..... but not for a long time.

When I start the console, it launch an update which failed. And If I check the network (wired and wifi), I have the following message : "Your network is ok but there is some problems with xbox services"

What can I do ? Nothing is installed on the console ...

I suggest you to try the the Xbox One System Update Solution:

If that doesn't works try to use the Offline System Update Diagnostic Tool on Xbox One.

I am having the same problems and can't figure it out. I was able to play my Xbox before the recent update. That is the one that failed and it wouldn't let me download it. I decide to reset my Xbox and keep all games and apps but now I can't even get past
the it's time to update screen. I'm connected the internet but jeep getting the message saying "your connection is good but there is problems with Xbox services."

 

I have the same problem, updated my console today but now cannot connect to live and it says on the update screen that the update failed. I checked the OS version and it is the latest version. So my console is updated but doesn't think it is maybe?

Definitely not an account problem, as I can sign into my friends xbox one with my account and latest update so I'm really frustrated. Any help would be greatly appreciated so I can download games and play online again!

I simply can't access the xbox menu. Every time I start the console, I have this *** update which is automatically starting and I'm stuck there.

 

If you are continuing to experience the "Your network is good, but Xbox Live isn't" message, please try the following steps:

From the Home screen, press both right and left triggers while also pressing the Y button.

After releasing the buttons above, press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.

Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord.

Wait 5 minutes and then plug in your console.

Power on your console and press the Menu button.

Select Settings and then select Network.

Under Troubleshooting, select Test Network Connection.

Check to see if you are continuing to see the error message.

Try this solution and let me know the results.

 

I tried but like I said I just can't access the xbox menu. I will buy a game (material) and try to see if that will launch something else.
