First update due February 11th

Is there any news on Dolby Digital? Because they did say it would come post patch.

On 360 you have to press Guide to see the indicator. This is the same thing.

Except the button is called Home and brings up the Home screen.

As for the 4th March update, that one is billed as preparing party/multiplayer for Titanfall (which releases a week later).

It would be interesting to see just how much they're looking to improve (they are being very vague right now), but getting all 32 talking would be a good start. That has caused too much confusion already. General bug fixes (people not being able to turn
on chat despite there being fewer than eight talking) are of course a must.

So where else should the battery status indicator be?

It's effectively in the same place and just as accessible as the 360.

 

Dunno, but the bringing up the home screen mid game can be a clunky experience at times.

I'm still not sure why they ditched the mini guide.

Still, better than nothing I suppose

 

It seems there will be some good improvements over the two updates.

I look forward to downloading them!

 

I hope a wireless usb keyboard will work!

The 360 X button is a great indicator for battery life when the assigned controller part spins green to notify batteries are running low, would have been nice if the one had something similar
