    Well hello basically i used my payment methods to get a free 30 day trial as advertised on site / xbox one homepage lately

    i can not access anything online in games anymore (before i had live i could access multi-lobby but get disconnect time to time, now i cant enter anything at all and on my xbox one settings > subscriptions it does not show my free trial / 30 days it only says
    "Learn about Gold membership"

    Im testing this service to see if i want to buy the full year or not, currently seems unreliable maybe its just the trial error though

    i have already tried deleting my account / restarting internet modems and such stuff no luck yet maybe a admin / mod can check my status?

    Sorry to hear you're having issues with your membership. Right now your account is showing as Silver instead of Gold. A Gold membership is required to play online.

    When did you add the membership? Perhaps the time has expired for you. You can check the information on your membership by logging in to commerce.microsoft.com.

    If the membership should still be continuing on then you should call phone support for further assistance. If you live in North America dial 1-800-469-9269

    04/05/2016 << so the 4th may my trial expires i guess,

    i am from england not na where can i get help thanks again in advance

    make sure you select recover gamertag and not create a new gamertag.

    under the my xbox section select the sign in area and go all the way to the right to recover gamertag, use the windows live ID you set the account up under and it will walk you through the recovery steps.
