    First time signing in on new xbox one, error code 0x80a4000b


    When trying to add my account i get the error "There's a problem connecting to the sign-in service...". Yet I was able to download the console and firmware updates, and in network settings it says all services available. Testing both the network and multiplayer
    connections yields "It's all good" not sure what to do. I can also browse the store with no issues.

    I downloaded the new beta, and now my Xbox is not not letting me sign into my live account. My internet connection is still fine, and it has been giving me the same error code every time I try (0x80a4000b). Please help!

    hey im having the same issue since i bought my console 4 days ago my network is fine and i did all the steps to fix this issue by the support page and its just not letting me download my gamertag to the console everytime i click ADD NEW i get a blank screen
    then the error code pops up this is very annoying i was better off with my xbox 360 if this problem isnt fixed ill trade this 450.00 paper weight for a ps4

    Sorry to hear about the account issue! That error can mean two things; either your billing information for your Microsoft account you use with Xbox Live needs to be updated, or that there is a network issue.

    Unfortunately there isn't a support article I can link you, but you can get every troubleshoot step needed by entering the 0x80a4000b error code at our Error & Status Code Search page.
    Once you enter the error code, follow each and every step it lists to ensure this issue get's resolved.

    Look like no one really investigating in this problem 0x80a4000b it doesn't give us theoptions to put our email or password and the xbox its extremely slow im experiencing a 10/20 second delay

    Go to
    support.xbox.com/.../error-code-lookup     and enter your error code there.

    There are detailed steps what to do in this case. I have just checked that code there, but it's too much text to copy and paste here, so please go and have a look for yourself.
