    My Series Elite 2 bumper has been acting up ☹️. Will be my first time ever sending something to Microsoft. So my question what do I send with it? Do I need to include everything I bought with the controller or what? Please let me know if anybody has any
    experience with this. Thanks!

    Send only the controller. No accessories, removable parts, original box, etc. Anything you send with it is not guaranteed to come back.

    contact Xbox Support    , they will give you all the info you need. It's a pretty simple process!

    Sending a controller replacement without sending the faulty one first?

    Some companies offer an advanced RMA service, where they send you the replacement device first, then you ship back the original. All of them will charge you the full retail cost if the original one is not returned to them in a specified time frame. If
    you want another controller your best bet is to get the original one replaced and buy a second one.

    Hello. If you would like to keep your faulty controller then you will need to purchase one.
