    First time per ordering.


    Hi. Im new to the per ordering thing and have never done a financial purchase online. I attempted to per order a game that cost a significant amount and bought Xbox cards to put money on my account to purchase the item. But instead of completing the
    purchase. It asked for credit card information saying I was lacking funds. I put about $5 extra on my account to cover any hidden fees but was still asked to put credit card information due to lack of funds. How do I avoid this or am I forever doomed to never
    per ordering this game?

    Download at 12AM for PS4 but not Xbox One?!?!?!

    As a parent of 2 kids each with their own Xbox 360 and their own Ones I find this stupid. You simply research things for your kids first. This is no different than a kid ordering all kinds of pay per views off Dish. As an adult you take the time to insure
    it does not happen.

    It depends on how much the game is and how much tax is in your area. The extra $5 may not be enough to cover the tax.

    There was a pricing error, those who used it are being refunded. Microsoft is allowed to do this at their discretion.

    Hi Jigsaw1973V2, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    If you used account credit to pre-order your game, your balance will be taken immediately. If you used a credit card or split your payment between credit card and account balance, you’ll be charged around 10 days before the game launches.

    Kindly check if the status of the pre-order is pending or posted because there is a high chance that the money was just put on hold for them to get around 10 days before the pre-ordered game launches.
