First time download from store, need help please

Hi folks,

This morning I purchased a game from the store, and it said it was installed instantly(which didn't seem right). It is not coming up on my games and apps but when I go back into the store it says it is installed but I cannot open it or even uninstall. i'm sure
this will be a simple problem to resolve but Ive no idea how to. I've looked at updates and connectivity and everything is up to date. I have no idea if this makes any difference but im not subscribed to xbox live. Any help appreciated. Thanks

I bought but it didnt downloaded

Hello , somebody please help i bought black ops map pack apocalypse and i geted one time to 99% and it just said cant download , so i went again to store and it said i need to pay for that but i payed first time , now its seems they stole from me my money
. Please help somebody maybe i didnt tried somethings? Btw license transfer will be after 4months

Cant download Xbox 360 games

Whenever I try to download xbox 360 games from the store, (for example games with gold backwards compatibility) it will say to me that I cannot download the game from xbox.com and i need to download it from my xbox, even though i'm on the console. please
help

make sure you select recover gamertag and not create a new gamertag.

under the my xbox section select the sign in area and go all the way to the right to recover gamertag, use the windows live ID you set the account up under and it will walk you through the recovery steps.
