    Some reason the customer support doesn't respond to my clicks so I'm here. Any way i used my 360 to create the account got to the end it stated failed to work and an error code. I went to my email and it had worked (had tried again said email was already
    used which it was for what I had done although stating otherwise). So I used my mobile device to finish my account and even set up an xbox live account (free). It said it should update my account next time I logged in, which I did, and it still shows I don't
    have free live, and still asks me to join xbox live. I did the trouble shoot this site offers, turned my xbox off and on again and it still doesn't work. I don't want to create a new account cuz I have the gamertag I want. So what do i do.

  5. Had to download my account even though I had one, but it works now. Hope this helps someone who has the same issue

    Welcome to Xbox Live! Could you be a little bit more specific about the issue you're experiencing please? I see that you have been able to play World of Tanks which would indicate that you've accessed Xbox Live already. Or are you inquiring about Xbox Live
    Gold?

    Had to download my account even though I had one, but it works now. Hope this helps someone who has the same issue

    I went through added a paypal account on the xbox got same error,

    removed and readded the credit card got same error, added another

    credit card got the same error. Contacted the bank and was told that

    XBOX was sending a zero dollar transaction and that they did not deny

    any transactions on my accounts. Tried all the above the next day on

    my home pc on the xbox website. Was told by Xbox support there was

    nothing they could do and they would not credit me for any time or

    effort in dealing with them or the issue even though they knew exactly

    what the issue was when I called the first time and they did not tell

    me. It was the first thing that I was told on the second call I made

    to them. Was told I need to go to the store and buy points because the website doesn't work and that xbox support could do nothing to help
