    Please help! I've always been a good player, meaning never modded an account or cheated and can count on one hand how many times I've argued with another player. Yesterday this griefer shot me down when I got a lock on he went into passive mode. I called
    him a p***y and said he must have a modded account for being a high level and playing like that. He egged me on I blocked him then got the following message today: please provide insight. Does this mean I'm literally permanently banned from this account? I
    have and purchased a lot of shark cards also. This seems to unfair for a first offense calling someone a name and claiming they have a modded account. Any advice?

    [Mod Removed - Profanity] in a message so i get banned for 8 days on my first offense while he gets to carry on and do the same thing to someone else all because i killed him in fortnite

    I need some clarification.

    So I was thinking about making a new gamer tag. I was always a big fan of Morrowind, so I figured "Hey, I'll have Dagoth in my name". But oddly enough I found that nothing involving "Dagoth" in the name was available. Is literally every conceivable name
    with Dagoth in it Taken? Or is it considered profanity or something for some strange reason?

    Multiple suspensions will result in a permanent ban, but there is no exact number. Depending on severity, you can receive a permanent ban on the first offense.

    If it's my first suspension why is it for 4 days instead of 1?

    The length of a suspension is based on the severity of the offense as well as any previous enforcement actions.

    There is no set number of days a suspension will be just because it's a first offence.It's possible to get a permanent ban for a first offence if what you did was severe enough.

    The type of ban would be up to the enforcement team. It could be just a suspension or it could be a permanent ban.
