  1. First offense and long time customer= BANNED for life

I've been a long time customer for 2 years on Xbox gold, along with having the original Xbox. During recent events I got into a confrontation which I feel ashamed about and I made empty threats, later that day someone messaged me saying that I was a noob
and that I was several slurrs. I told him okay buddy and moved on, next day I get on late at night to go on Netflix or YouTube and I'm banned for life because they reported me, I feel in no way shape or form that this was fair. Next time I just won't say anything
and report them, I've learned my lesson. I've put over 200+ Dollars into that account on digital games and was about to get my gold renewed when my account was banned, if this is how Xbox treats its long time customers who have one offense or bad thing happen,
then I'll just switch to a different platform and you'll lose a customer. I'd like to get back on my account and continue playing and buying games with them, and if I could I'd like a representative or someone from Xbox live look into it and hopefully get
me unbanned for life. I'm freaking out right now because I love playing Xbox and using Xbox and Microsoft devices, and like anyone I don't want to see the 200-500 or more dollars if spent on this game console thrown down the drain because of a a simple harassment
charge, and they even state in the report of me being banned they never looked into it they just banned me for being reported too many times. I've never been banned or suspended before and this is my first time offense and I'm a long time customer, I jut hope
there's someone decent from Microsoft that's willing to cut me a break so they can keep a customer on their income role.

    :)

    Communication Ban

My Xbox account was recently banned from all communications because I got in a few arguments here and there. This is the first time I've been banned and they didn't give me a time when I'll be unbanned. How long does this usually take, considering it's my
    first offense?

  3. Xbox Communications ban

I feel my account was unfairly communication banned. I have never been reported before and I’ve got more than a one day ban for a first time offense.

No one from Microsoft, and the enforcement team who handles bans, reads this forum. You would need to submit a case review at
    http://enforcement.xbox.com

It also doesn't matter how many reports are filed against you. It only takes 1 valid complaint for the enforcement team to investigate and take appropriate action if they have found that you have done something to violate the code of conduct/terms of service.

LOL..."long time customer" with only 2 yrs. B*tch please. I've been paying for XBLG since before they starting tracking it, way back in it's first year. And your story smells of BS as well. MS doesn't generally hand out "lifetime bans" for nothing.
If you don't feel you can/should post what you said/did, then fine...but don't play the "I didn't do anything" game.

    So Much Action

If the ban was a week long that means it wasn't your first offense. Time limits on suspensions increase either with the severity of the issue or with the number of times you've been suspended. I'd say that with a week long suspension this is probably your
    3rd offense.
