First Offence Ban Time

The length of a ban/suspension is also determined by the severity of the offence,not just whether it's your first offence or not.

There is no set amount of times.

You can be permanently banned without ever being suspended or you can have several minor suspensions before being banned.

Depends on the severity of the offence/offence's you commit as well as how many times you been suspended.

Best rule is to not break the rules in the first place then you wont have to worry about being banned permanently.

Sorry but if you are found to have anything on your account modded then your account will be banned.

If it's just gamerscore then that will be reset for a first time offence but anything else will result in a permanent ban.

You admitted in your first post to playing in a bunch of modded lobbies which is a bannable offence.

You could of easily left by just quitting to the dash & would of probably been ok.

As mentioned,console bans are not issued lightly & are usually the result of several enforcement actions in the past or something so severe that a console ban is issued.

Bans are rarely issued at the same time of the offence as they need to be investigated first,especially console bans,so the ban could of been for things you did weeks ago.
