    first gen XB1 freezing while playing FIFA 18/19 online


    first gen XB1 stuttering when playing fifa 18/19 online.

    it is not an internet issue since i can play fifa 18/19 online fine on my PC. this happened after the latest XB1 update july18.

    currentl downloading Battlefield 4 trial just to see if i have the same problems on there. i only use my XB1 for fifa.

    if you have fifa 18, you get 10 % discount throught fifa 18 to pre order fifa 19, also if you have ea access you get another 10 %

    so you can save 20 % up

    please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

    If that doesn't help then please try uninstalling the game, powercycle the console and reinstall the game to see if that fixes it.

    If the same issue occurs with other games too then you could try a Factory Reset (with keeping games and apps installed) to see if that helps. Steps on how to factory reset the console can be found here:

    Cuando voy a jugar fifa 19 en temporadas en linea la pantalla se bloquea ( se congela y se paraliza la maquina) me toca reiniciar la consola.

    Yo juego bien bien temporadas en fifa 18.

    En fifa 19 juego bien Ultimate team y las practicas de entrenamiento.

    El juego es original lo compre en linea y lo tengo instalado en una usb.

    Ya le borre el chache y no sirvio.
