If that doesn't help, do you have any other router that you can switch out, that might connect your Xbox to the internet?

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are experiencing difficulties with your console connecting to Xbox Live.

Without an internet connection, you will be unable to launch apps, as they all require you to be connected to Xbox Live to verify your ownership of the license.

This is the same case with any games that you have purchased that are digitally, however, using the

Home Xbox feature on your console allows you to play those games offline on a single console.

I would recommend that you perform a
Power cycle on your console and see if that does the trick. Alternatively, if you are using a wireless connection, I would encourage a wired connection [or vice-versa] for testing purposes.

Give this a try and let us know if this works for you!

First try that let's see if it addresses the issue. Other devices do not connect to Xbox Live. The issue is with the connection to Xbox Live

First test connected to the router and internet then failed to connect to Xbox live....
