    First communication ban which doesn't have a timer or case review button


    so its been almost 7 days since my first ever communication ban (herd it should only last a day) because i cussed at someone for being an ***hole in game (i can prove this if need be). But the problem is there is no timer for the ban and no apply for a case
    review,(there is no 'button') the email i received also had none of these either. if i need to go somewhere to apply please do tell. Thank you.

    I'm having issues with communications

    My Communication ban was lifted but I still cannot communicate with friends or anybody. I also went to my enforcement history and to verify that the ban was lifted. I cannot apply for a case review either. I was hit with a communication ban and then two
    days later a harassment ban which didn't allow me to play multiplayer. Both bans show they have been lifted. I can finally play multiplayer but still cannot communicate which is weird since I received the communication ban first. Communication ban was set
    to be lifted 7/11/17 at 5:30pm. The harassment ban was successfully lifted on 7/12/17 9:06 pm. I've tried everything and also called support. The instructed me that this was was my best bet to solve my problem since the enforcement team doesn't have a direct
    line of contact. CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME!!! I play games that involve extreme teamwork and communication!

    I got another ban even though I'm currently serving one already...

    I never use any bad language and the past 3 bans that I have received are results directly from using harsh language and the only times I have ever used bad language, which I fully agree with. I just feel that a 2 week communication ban and then a 2 week
    xbox live ban doesn't warrant what happened in this case.

    The enforcement team do not use the forums and theyre the only ones who can handle this matter .

    Continuously posting a lfg when not needed is spamming always wait and double check before recreating the same post

    There are a myriad of reasons why they can't be contacted directly including social engineering and such.

    http://enforcement.xbox.com     to see about submitting a case review however, you are responsible for your account at all times. It would probably be a good idea to have your brother start his own account. Sharing accounts does violate the code of conduct
    as well.
    okay, the enforcement page says nothing about this new extension of my suspension, how am I supposed to apply for a case review if I can’t even see the new suspension?

    How is it spamming when my post never posted? Makes no sense, it never posted, so when i kept trying to make sure it posted and it showed, boom, i get banned. How is that fair at all? Im punished because of the system. All i do is treat people with respect
    and i know the rules like the back of my hand but i get banned because my looking for group post would not post
