    First Amendment violation

freedom of speech is just that freedom of speech to say what the (Mod Removed-Profanity) I want to who the
(Mod Removed-Profanity) I want to I don't give of rats (Mod Removed-Profanity) about what

    (Mod Removed-Inappropriate) (Mod Removed-Inappropriate)
(Mod Removed-Inappropriate) or (Mod Removed-Inappropriate) has to say because they are all ambassadors that kisses the (Mod Removed-Profanity) of Microsoft aka
    (Mod Removed-Profanity)

and xbox aka (Mod Removed-Profanity) so they will say in favor of those right violators no matter that im RIGHT and monkeyboy has far has

agreed to the rules when you signed up, yea on ly cuz those (Mod Removed-Profanity) at
(Mod Removed-Profanity) wouldn't let me sign up with out agreeing tthere
(Mod Removed-Profanity) (Mod Removed-Profanity) abusive of rights term that don't mean I have to agree to them personaly and I don't I have that right of freedom of speech and I will carry that where ever I go yes including
a public place (Mod Removed-Profanity) and the reason people don't like what I have to say just like you
(Mod Removed-Profanity) is because your all afraid of criticism, and to (Mod Removed-Inappropriate) ill even bold the text pertinent just for you with
a definition of it like you did for me,

    criticism

the expression of disapproval of someone or something based on perceived faults or mistakes. (like Microsoft, xbox and the for names stated above)

the cold facts are you and others like you just don't like it when people tell you like it is because like I stated your all to afraid of a little truth about yourselfs that is why my last discussion got lock and before any one in the public can evan reply
I notice that it was lock after and only after you 4 ambassadors reply to it not given the general public a chance because your all afraid that hundreds will agree with me and you jack
    (Mod Removed-Profanity) don't want that

so you 4 can cont to suck up to those (Mod Removed-Profanity) and you can tell your precious xbox and
(Mod Removed-Inappropriate) that they can still shove there
(Mod Removed-Profanity) enforcement policy up there (Mod Removed-Profanity)

    :)

    Violation of first amendment.

The First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution only applies to government action. This means that private organizations are not bound by the First Amendment and can restrict speech as they see fit.

The First Amendment broadly protects the rights of free speech and free press. Free speech means the free and public expression of opinions without censorship, interference, or restraint by the government.

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances"

Since Xbox Live is a private organisation and not part of the United States Government it is not subject to the First Amendment.

Doneagle, as previously stated on the
    Original thread
    ,

"Freedom of speech does not apply in this case since Microsoft is not part of the government. When you sign up you agreed to the code of conduct and you have to follow those rules to continue using the Live service."

So We'll be locking the thread, as this has no further resolution.

    Violation of first amendment.

the first amendment does not apply as it is a private network, microsoft state online services are rated U for all people young and old, no matter what you do you aint getting around it as they insist, this is why i play on pc to avoid this mess.

    First Amendment rights violation

The First Amendment to the US Constitution discusses what Congress cannot do.
Microsoft is not part of Congress. So, when you join Xbox Live, you enter into an agreement with Microsoft. Microsoft agrees to keep the services running as much as possible and provides your connection to its servers, and you agree to follow their rules.

    First Amendment rights violation

Lets have a little history lesson:

The first amendment: I will even bold the text pertinent to this discussion

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or
abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

As you can see it says that CONGRESS shall make no laws abridging the freedom of speech it says nothing about a private company making rules that you agreed to abide by when signing up for their service
    on their servers.

This goes beyond even online servers try going into ANY place of business in real life and see how long you stay in that establishment cursing out an employee or anyone that is there before you are asked
    to leave.
