i,m going to change my first sign in mail but i can not read the mail which you have send me to this mail because this mail account was deleted. now i will change my sign in mail data. please help me.

Non-existent primary alias

Hello,

I would like to change my primary alias, as it is not an email address that exists. However, in order to change my primary alias, or add new aliases which I can switch my primary alias to, I must first "verify" my primary alias. Doing this claims to
send additional verification steps to the email address that's pointed to by the alias which... doesn't exist! Hence my reason for trying to get rid of it. There does not appear to be an alternative verification option or really anything else that I can
do. Does anyone have any ideas?

Cannot change the email address associated with my Xbox Live Account

t should let you add an alias if your email was already verified, if not, it will ask you to verify the email address that's currently listed first.

Once you add your alias, if its a 3rd party email (gmail, yahoo, etc) then click verify.

When I add the alias email I want to, it says that the alias email is already in use. My alias email is gmail and is already a live account (I use it for my Windows Phone and for OneDrive). I'm stucked, once again

Yes, you just must add your new email address as the alias email, first. Once it’s your alias, then you may delete your parent’s email.

Yes, in theory in alias should work. However, your dad will need to enter his information for the old email address first, then you’ll add an alias and switch to that email for your account.

I have seen this and I was able to login into the account in the first day but after about 30 hours I couldn't login. As I said, nothing showed up later when the main alias was deleted. I didn't set my primary alias and I was able to deleted the main alias.

Hi there,

You have to add a new alias first, and after you'll' be able to remove the alias that you don't want to use anymore and add it back to your other account.
