First account was made on original XBox, but it's still gold?

I was looking forward to change my current account to the first gamertag I had, however upon closer look, did I see it was infact in a gold membership. I have zero access to the account, I do not remember the E-Mail or even name I used. We used my back then
- stepfathers credit card information and I'm worried it is still charging it anually.

It's a very odd case and I'm having problems finding a suitable tab in the support section.

OLD free Xbox Gold games not letting me play them.

Hey there .

Do you have any other accounts on your Xbox One that may have made the free "purchase" when the games were available? It's possible they were purchased on your Xbox One while it was set as their Home console allowing the account you're on currently to play
it. The account that made the original "purchase" would need to set your Xbox One console as it's home console again.

Also I don't believe you even read the full extent of the issue as you can see my first point is "

No I did not and do not have any other account on my Xbox."

Matt, that likely doesn't pertain to him if he's on ten years of tenure. Heck, I've been on XBL non-stop since it was made available back on the original XBox, and my tenure is still broken and has not been resolved, and I've been waiting months for support
to fix this error.

Plus, there wasn't Gold/Silver on the original XBox--there was *just* XBox Live. Those accounts *transferred* into Gold, and should be part of tenure, but they're not showing up for a lot of people still.

In short, this is still broken and defective for folks, no matter how many sticky posts are put up.

i think the first original xbox game i played was that 3d gauntlet game, pretty sure the first 360 game i played was halo 3...first xbox brand game i bought was gears of war. i first joined live because a friend wanted to play halo 3 with me and another
friend so he bought us both a month of live, then i couldn't figure out how to renew that account to gold when i bought my own 360, so i made this account.
