firmware update for achievments

firmware update to separate single player from multiplayer achevments .I have bought many games that no body plays multi and then I can never get 100%i just want to get 100%for single ply please consider.sorry lazy speller.

I disagree. Doing that would simply over-complicate things. Besides, IMO, if you're playing games only to get 100% completion, you're doing it wrong. Games are about having fun, and although completing a game may be a big part of that, it's not absolutely
necessary in order to have fun.

...then again, I would also argue that if you're only playing 1 part of the game (say, singleplayer over multiplayer), then you're not getting the full experience out of the game you paid a lot of money for and are cheating yourself out of something potentially
great.

 

How would this be a "firmware update"?

 

I don't like MP achievements. Games such as Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood and Revelations had no business putting MP achievements in their game. I don't like it when games use achievements for "MP Discovery". Publisher's know that there are gamers out
there that like to Achievement Hunt, so they bait them into their mediocre MP. As I have said in the past.... If Call of Duty doesn't have MP Achievements neither should your game.

While I agree with what GG said, that games are supposed to be for fun. Achievements can both add value to the experience (No pun intended) amd can take away. I like to get 100% in my favorite games.

 

they can split the achievements in half in a firmware update.all they have to do is change the code .just keep it attacted in the same file .simple if you disagree then your not a hard core gamer like me.somtimes nobody plays the multi which I don't care.i
hate multi repeditive .I like single play on hard core and unlock ingame content.and leaderboard just an idea I achievement hunt for single to earn xbox live rewards for money.just an idea.

 

I see no point in doing this, update something more worth while.

Don't think this "hardcore" gamer has ever actually finished a game looking at their profile.
