    I has the below problem with deactivated COMODO firewall and anti-virus this error message

    but then the error message:

    The signed in users do not have a license for this game. please purchase the game or sign in a user with a valid license.

    I have only this account and i have a licence for this game ....

    Yes the ports are forwarded ant my NOD32 ESET antivirus don't have firewall, becouse it's not smart security =]

    Are you on Xbox or Windows 10?

    If on Xbox, make sure you're signed into Xbox Live before launching the game. Try power cycling the console first and try again.

    Unfortunately, it didn't work. I tried all the steps you suggested (for the firewall I gave all java instances access to the network) and i have no vpn or antivirus on that PC.

    Are there any other applications that are required for the login (like MS Store) ?
