    Well i've reported people for being incredibly racist in game chat and Xbox never did anything about it. So if they take action against me for what i said i think that would be a big flaw in their system.

    If you sign a NDA then you should abide by it. You can loose more than just your job, you can be held reliable for any losses the company incurred with the leak and thus jeopardize the jobs of other employees.

    You shouldn't use racist language but I can understand your frustration.

    Cheats never get banned on Cod4 and it is annoying that you see the same cheats time after time with no action ever being taken against them. Sooner or later you react to it because Microsoft do nothing about it.
