Firefox listed as game in xbox app

I just solved my problem by

1. opening firefox,
2. pressing Windows+G,
3. clicking the gear icon
4. unchecking "Remember this is a game"

The only things you can do are as following:

1. Turn off the console and unplug it for 30 seconds (clears cache and turns all apps off)

2. A factory reset keeping games and apps may make things faster: Settings > System > Console Info & Updates > Reset console > "keep games and apps". (requires account redownload)

My problem is for windows 10's xbox app. I dont have the xbox one.

If it isn't responding to the change you are trying to make I would recommend rebooting the PC and trying again, this should hopefully resolve the issue.

The errors you got when trying to reinstall the Xbox app etc. is due to current programs running. You can boot the PC up as administrator or safe mode and then re-do what Diego mentioned. This will only be running very few programs. So the uninstall and
reinstall of the Xbox app will finish correctly. To boot up in safe mode:

To start Windows in safe mode or get to other startup settings:

   Select the Start Windows logo Start button button, then choose
   Settings Gear-shaped Settings icon.

   Select Update & security Circular arrows Sync icon >
   Recovery.

   Under Advanced startup select
   Restart now.

   After your PC restarts to the Choose an option screen, select
   Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings >
   Restart.

   After your PC restarts, select a startup setting by pressing the corresponding number.

Is there any ways to reset the app's data?

Would it work if i create a new account on my pc and transfert the data to my current account?

If so how can i do it?
