    My xbox caught on fire last Thursday I was told I would get an email to “escalate” to a “higher up” using my photo and video evidence but after confirming my number and email 2-3 times each I got hung up on and couldnt get back to anyone in time before they closed and no one ever followed through, I had to ask for a day off last Thursday to get this done I exchanged info for about an hour on the fire me and the xbox and somehow am still left without a clue, if I hadnt woken up my place would be burnt to the ground and I feel this is being treated very VERY unprofessionally I bought this xbox directly from the Microsoft store and it caught on fire using all of its original cords and I had to put myself in harms way to put the fire out and unless Im off work I AM NOT AVAILABLE TO TALK FOR MORE THAN 30 minutes from 2am-1pm those support hours are just a little ridiculous. Someone please reach out to me as my next step is to call my insurance and lawyers.m

    Im aware just hoping they get to see this somehow because I HAVE been requesting Call backs and I HAVE given all my information already I just do not have time to do it once a week and the fact this is taken so lightly is unbelievable to me

    EPIC and MS have always said turbo controllers are ok and not subject to being banned.
