    So I was playing NBA 2K 19 when my controller died so I plugged it in to the Xbox 1 and went to the store by the time I came back and came into my apartment all I can smell is burning plastic I went to my bedroom the find my Xbox controller melted to the
    floor it had set on fire is there anything I can do to receive a replacement from Microsoft as I cannot afford to buy another one seeing as I just bought this one 3 weeks ago I've looked online and the seems to be quite a common problem please help and thank

    Hi Ten,

    Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. We recommend definitely to request a call from support, also let them know it caught fire.

    When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:



    • Step 1 ----select Xbox One
    • Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
    • Step 3-----select show contact options

      Step 4 ----select request call from support

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

    Treyarch implemented a fire cap to all the guns in BLOPS, making rapid fire controllers and people with fast trigger fingers ineffective. I expect it'll be back in BLOPS 2.

    Rapid fire controllers do not really work well in Black Ops 2. They did a great job with the mod lock in this game. Even on my lowest setting, the game will lock up shooting AND reloading for a good 2 seconds. So really it is now a disadvantage to use a
    rapid fire controller. Now auto dropshot and auto aim controllers I don't know anything about.
