    I got my channels back too now. They all seem good so far, but TBS still plays the SAP audio for whatever reason. Is there a way to fix audio issue?

  5. Thanks for confirming for us, guys! GUESS88, you will want to reach out to Verizon for that specific issue. Since there have been no further complaints of that, there may be a regional issue with TBS for that, or something else going on with them. They will
    want to know this for sure.

    Now I'm getting an error message that I must subscribe to both FiOS Internet and cable in order to use the app, of which I am. I'm connected to the Internet while trying to use the app, so I don't understand why this is suddenly an issue. I tried uninstalling
    and reinstalling the app (probably about the 50th time I've had to do this with this freaking app).

    Both XBox and Verizon really need to get together and put together a satisfactory update to this app. One issue gets resolved, another one pops up. And the buffering is really annoying.

    It's been working fine for me, and I'm running it right now. Might be a regional thing. Have you tried resetting your router too?

    So the previous issue resolved itself, but surprise surprise, another one has come up.

    The power briefly went out last night while I was using my XBox, and when this happens, I get the Red Ring of Doom. Not the first or fifth time this has happened; we've had a few power outages due to the snowstorms this winter. I turn the console back on
    and go through to make sure there was no damage to the hard drive and everything seems to be working fine.

    I go to the FiOS app because I was watching Justified when this happened and my favorites list has disappeared. I exit out and restart the app a few times, but it doesn't go back to normal. Either it's some messed up favorites list with a few channels, half
    of them I never put on my list, or nothing is there at all. So whatever, I'm annoyed, but I rebuilt my favorites list earlier today and then I exit out to watch some Hannibal on Amazon Instant. I just now went back to FiOS and my favorites list has disappeared
    again, with the messed-up one replacing it. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but nope, it's all *** up.

    I just redid the favorites again, exited out to the XBox home screen, and then went back into the FiOS app and yep, everything's been undone again. Only app giving me problems.

    reaching out to Verizon to ensure there are no issues on their end. Because this thread is a little old, if you need assistance with any other support issue, please post up a new thread detailing

    I'm having the same problems, and I've been calling both Verizon and Microsoft about the issue but to no avail. I've done pretty much everything I can think of on my end, but nobody's been able to help. It's probably an oversight from the developers of
    the app at Verizon. Glad to know I'm not alone in this.

    The other channels technically work now, but the buffering is terrible. Makes them unwatchable.

    Yeah, I've talked to Microsoft support and it seems like all they know how to do is tell you to unplug everything and plug it back in, or to delete and re-install.... none of which work. They claim it's on Verizon's end, which I haven't tried yet, because
    they have about a 30 minute wait time.
