"Finishing things up" bug constantly

Discus and support "Finishing things up" bug constantly in XboX Insiders to solve the problem; For the past few OS updates on Beta ring I have games stuck updating at 100% or "finishing things up" stage.     "Finishing things up" bug constantly


    For the past few OS updates on Beta ring I have games stuck updating at 100% or "finishing things up" stage.

    Is there a way to fix this? Have an update on 100% right now but it's not budging. Can't pause updates or bring another update to the top. It's just stuck

    Edit: seems issue is when updating games when the console is off

    It also caused issues with reporting a problem from the console. It froze then errors when trying to report it

    Unsporting conduct, probably due to constantly finishing top on games.

    The biggest issue is it's impossible to level the reputation back up!

    Buying a game that has bugs is one thing, buying a game that's unfinished though? It's just mind boggling why anyone would defend this. If the games not finished.....delay the *** thing until it is.
