Finished game, most achievements are not unlocked

as said in title, for example: Finished on hardest difficulty, got an achievement for that, but the one for completing the game is missing. Same with story related ones. Lots of misc achievements are missing as well, crafting, items, kills, etc. Please help

Unlocked achievements not showing up

None of the achievements I've unlocked are showing up.

Says I have reached no level (I'm at 35)

Discovered no locations (198)

There's no game progress (I've finished the main storyline)

Gamerscore says 0

And that I've unlocked 0 achievements.

I tried all steps, still nothing.

Story related achievements have 0% progress.

If the achievement appears under Locked Achievements, either the achievement was not successfully unlocked, or the console isn't yet synchronized with Xbox Live. Allow up to 72 hours for this synchronization to take place. If it hasn't appeared
after 72 hours, try unlocking the achievement again.

Restarting your console will ensure that any achievements awaiting synchronization on the console are re-sent to Xbox Live.

Here are the steps:

1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.

2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds. Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

3. Plug the console power cable back in.

4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

Once you've restarted your console, allow up to 72 hours for the synchronization to take place.

Done this as well. If going through story again is a "fix" then thanks for the effort.

Post game achievements are working, story mode ones aren't.

Still. Tried new game, no story mode achievements for me.
